Please keep us updated with your current contact details and postal address or healthcare items may not be able to be sent to you every 3 months.
Monthly payments will be deducted on the 1st day of the month for 12 months commencing after the upfront payment. You agree to pay the full 12 monthly payments regardless of whether vaccinations, healthcare check and proheart injection (dogs) are done within the time period.
You have the option to continue each year or not, but the full year must be paid for once the initial payment has been processed. Products will continue to be sent to you until the agreement has ended after 12 months. No refunds are possible unless by special consideration and if no product or service has already been supplied.
In the event of a failed payment, Dandenong Ranges Veterinary Centre will contact you for alternative payment. Veterinary services may be suspended until payment has been received. In the event of your pet dying, no future payments will be deducted and no further product will be supplied. There will be no refund of payments already made.
If you change address, payments will still be deducted and product supplied to the new advised address. Alternatively, the amount owed to complete the plan may be paid out in full (with plan discounts removed) and any remaining product will be supplied. No substitute of product is allowable.
We reserve the right to refuse, alter or cancel at any time.
Insured pets are only eligible for Platinum Paws Silver level.
